Having seen what is mostly a positive response from the board here...

• None of you miss "speaking to a human" the whole time during check-in, or would you rather a faster check-in and sacrifice being able to chit-chat at the same time?
• None of you think it's too much to be asked to check yourself in, tag your own bags and send them on their way?

I'm sorry if I'm asking you (or I am) to be long winded, but these are some key "human" factors in the debate as to whether QF NGCI is a good idea overall.

The way I perceived the NZ check-in system as an idea is that it was a success. (Now an idea and its implementation are different, but it is possible that the idea can be sound/good whilst the implementation not so...)
