Is this normal? I thought upgrades can be confirmed in advance (though I do not know if that is required per T&Cs, especially since I booked club).
We are about 9 months out however...
The last couple of times I have stayed here they upgraded me 2-4 days before arrival, but I have also had upgrades being posted to the booking 1-2 weeks in advance and sometimes the upgrade seems to be done at check-in.
