Flew CDG-ORD-DEN today. When I got to ORD, I had a feeling that I would have to opt-out . Got through the UA elite line for security, and the big clerk was using her body fat to block the entrance to the WTMD, and all pax were being funneled through the backscatter . A few people did opt-out while I was there, and we were not sent through the WTMD.. Just let through the gate.

Is this a precursor to making NoS primary and wtmd only for times when the lines are long?
