I don't know, but caviar on transcons, SFO-BOS let alone 3-class service, " assorted snacks throughout the flight" (available everywhere but AA!) , and a "beef entree from coach." My my my, ten years later, how times have changed!!!

Well...maybe not so much "ever popular tortellini"
