I knew how it worked for NW (you had to call and ask them to remove then reinsert WP#), but how does it work for DL? I have an award ticket I've booked and should go from FO to GM tomorrow. Want to make sure I'm upgrade eligable. Tomorrow is the T-5 day mark as well, so important to get this taken care of.
