Not any more. It seems $50 is a cut-off level since last year. I have a revenue ticket which I paid $34.xx for fare difference and it did not earn flight point despite that revenue ticket has a new ticket number which never has any flight point posted.
Details in the Other Credit Card forum. Citi is doing a wholesale credit card conversion. Things are very different now.
