AA dont fly direct SFO-LAS, you would need to route SFO-LAX-LAS which is fine but based on recent experience of using SFO and AA's domestics you should expect between 1 and 2 hours delay per flight, flew LAX-SFO, flight was 2 hours delayed leaving LAX and then entered the hold for a stonking hour over SFO!

if possible id go for the direct LAS-LHR, if you cant get a direct flight on the date you want take the option via LAX.
