I've read through most of the posts in this forum. Many things were redundant, but I just want to clarify:
My question is:
1) Has anyone been denied the F&F discount outside the US or in HK?
2) Are there any additional surcharges for that specific hotel after booking with the rate and tax either upon check-in or check-out
3) Lastly, I was informed that I may need to book one room at a time rather than 4 all at one time? Is this true?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In proceeding with the F&F booking, my understanding is
1) Log onto the link for F&F
2) Book, Print out Certificate, Fill out Certificate with Steve Sickel's name
3) Arrive at Destination and present Certificate.
Would I be questioned by the employee at the HK Holiday Inn as to Steve Sickel's position within the company?
Thanks again all!!
relax you'll be fine, i've used it in Beijing at the Crowne Plaza Sun Palace property with no issues, and they didn't even aks for the voucher (had it ready if they did ask), used it in a few properties in the US and didn't ask for the voucher.
