Over the years the FS chain has existed I've enjoyed the 'good life' as a casual customer at about 12 of the properties worldwide - usually when someone else was picking up the tab or when I could find a good deal. But I can act as if it were my norm as well as those for which it is!
The email format for the GM name is of no value unless the name is known or where to find it. I've always found that a well written letter to a hotel property (post, fax, or email) will get to the proper person to resolve problems.
