Stayed at all three in the past. IC Tel Aviv is a pretty decent IC. They give RAs lounge access and an upgraded room. No hotel in Israel is incredible, but this is as close as it gets. The CP on the beach is old and average at best. The CP City (Azrieli) is a fantastic hotel. Somewhat of a boutique hotel. The service is great and rooms, although not huge, are good. If the beach is important then pick the IC, if not, save the money and go with the CP at Azrieli Center.
