When you put it like that, I'd say that Paris really ought to feature somewhere in the mix during the 10 days. It's one of the world's truly great cities (and if you go there you'll have seen three of them in short measure: London, Istanbul and Paris), and it has a wealth of art and very good eating possibilities, and it's a wonderful place just to wander around in. Paris in the spring can also be quite special (although it can also be wet).
