Yup - known problem in DL IT. Actually, I think they see it as a benefit to them as they are trying to force you into flights THEY want you to take. DL reservations on the web used to work just fine prior to the merger, now it seems that DL IT just doesn't care about the customer.
It seems it either gives one or two really bad choices that have nothing to do with the time you requested, or, PAGES of results that do not respond to the sort feature if you move from one page to the next. I mean really, how hard is it to sort the list?
Then there's the fun of having it show you flights, allow you to select flights, but fail when you try to book flights! Save time and just call the Diamond Desk.
