I really get frustrated with the Delta website when trying to make reservations.
For example last night I priced a flight I may have to take next month TPA to IND. I wanted to come home Saturday evening. However no afternoon or evening flights show up at all. I then ran the Delta Desktop flight schedule program and found numerous late afternoon and evening flights. So I went to Expedia and put in the same parameters as I did on the Delta web site and was able to see pricing on an afternoon/evening return flight.
Why don’t you list all the flights during the time period I specify?
I know that I can see more flights if I choose to view by “Schedule” however I can’t see the price!!! I have to choose the departure time then go through all the steps then I finally see the price for the flight.
Why can’t I see the price of the tickets at the same time? For example I tried to book a ticket and the return flight was not shown so I chose “Schedule” and booked a 6:30 flight. The cost was $900.00. I went to Expedia and there was a 5:45 flight for $600.00 only a 45 minute difference but $300.00 in price.
Is this the reason you do this? So people will book a possible higher fare.
Expedia, Kayak, Orbits all are easier to use than your website. They provide pricing for all flights listed and list all the flights.
