1. Log in
2. Above your RR number at right, click "My Account"
3. Depending what invoice/flight info you are looking for, click "Upcoming Trips" or "Past Trips"
4. Click the Confirmation number in a gray-blue strip to the right
You get a page with pretty much the info from your confirmation email. Mine only goes back to a trip I took 2/28/11 (not the outbound 4 days earlier), but it's a start.
For my upcoming RT flights next month, it displays my info (Award flight) and that of my son, traveling on my CP.

Not so good for past trips. I needed to look up some $$ details while doing my taxes last week, and I discovered that any trip prior to RR 2.0 conversion gets this message:
Pricing
Detailed pricing information is not available for flights flown prior to the new Rapid Rewards Program.
So... unfortunately, not helpful at all.
