My favorite IAH lounge is run by KL, my favorite PHX lounge is run by BA. In terms of domestic lounges the "E" PC is fantastic, and the US Clubs in PHX are all about the same. I'll second the inexpensive quality wine at the PCs. They serve the same Veuve Champagne sold at Costco; Costco is $38/bottle and the PC is $10/glass...so the price per ml is about the same.
