I fear you may be right but it's worth following up.
If it were a UK based company then I'm pretty sure they would be breaking some advertising law with that statement.
ofcourse we should give it a try.. but I once had to follow up with their CS for some incorrect charges for vouchers redemption in another currency and they were quoting some points from their detailed T&C's , only those points didnt exist , so they gave me some points as compensation..

but it could be felt that they would have stuck to the letter of their T&C's and not spirit if given a chance
