I was staying at the Grand Hilton in Seoul. Took a taxi (about 75 min drive - no heavy traffic at around 1:00 p.m.) and arrived about 90 min earlier.

Enough time for Duty Free shopping (very efficient passport and security control for F passsengers) and some food and drink at the lounge.
