Yes, the value of your ticket should still be in your account for the amount it was originally and you have a year to use it. Only the amount charged to your credit card would be refunded. The rest is still in your account although you may have to call to redeem it rather than using it online.
But the new voucher doesn't show up in my online profile under the certificates tab. If I call can they look up and find the voucher if I don't have the number?
