Advice on getting to Bali (DPS) from SFO
AFAIK, SQ1/2 (SFO-SIN) is not available for MP redemption, alternatives (thus far) are:

1. SFO-NRT-SIN (UA) and SIN-DPS (SQ)
2. SFO-NRT-BKK (UA) and BKK-DPS (TG)
3. SFO-ICN (UA) and ICN-DPS (SQ)

I haven't checked availability yet (sure the saver C awards are long gone)
