I doubt anything domestically is going to touch the DT Suites Times Square as its all-suite hotel (not jr suites) in a great location for special events.

One of the nicer/more expensive non-suite Hiltons would be the Fess Parker's DoubleTree (Santa Barbara, CA) which during the summer typically starts at 375+
