The flights are DCA-ORD on A320 at prime times.
Only 3/12 F seats occupied and coach is full.
I clicked on the seat number 8D. Then checked seat maps but did not change seats.
It then went back to the details screen and it now shows:
Seats
8D
Upgrade: Pending
So Pending is back.
