Was there a lounge attendant there? They should have been quasi-paying attention.
What you should do? Nothing; not your business. Karma will get them.
If it really bugged you, you have the option of saying hey, don't forget to fill out the form; didn't know if you were aware it's there (but be prepared the response might not be positive).
Alternatively you could find the lounge attendant, mention it to him/her & let them deal w/ the issue. Actually I would probably do that first, kind of like letting a flight attendant deal w/ unruly passengers etc.
