Thanks TBS, that sounds good. Thanks for the heads up on the connecting flight out of LHR. It doesn't sound too terrible because of the separate passport control.

I also subscribe to expertflyer.com, it gives seat availabilty and out of the 3 airlines, BA has the most open seats so I will probably go with them. I've ruled out flying LX again, but might still consider LH and connect out of MUC if anyone feels the need to totally talk me out of connecting through LHR.
