I've had a number of issues with miles posting correctly lately and have has to call MP CS every time to get things fixed. I've had much better luck with the domestic US agents (from Dearborn?) and calls with them are resolved much faster and without the need to escalate to a supervisor.

Is there any way to increase my odds of contacting a domestic CS agent when I call?
