Sheraton Society Hill (PHL) - great customer service
Was there recently on a Priceline stay. Luggage had been delayed on NW. 15 hours later, still no luggage. Called NW - they had delivered it to the hotel at midnight the previous night. Brought this to the front desk's attention; they soon found my bag.
20 minutes later, I got a call from Sanjeev (sp?) at the front desk, apologizing for their mistake in not delivering the bag. He said he would give me 4000 Starpoints as a goodwill gesture. Points posted 2 days later.
Way to go, Sanjeev and Starwood! This is the kind of customer service that sticks in one's memory.
