After almost 2 hours of talking to Amex, it turns out that corporate platinum cards are not eligible. Didn't realize that, and not sure I buy it, but that's what I've been told.
Is this still the case with corp pl AMEX? I called 866-757-0081 and was told to accept the charge of $35 and that AMEX would then give me a credit for TripIt Pro? Anyone know if this really works?
