I was lucky to find this forum after searching in vain in the Hotels section. Thus I would like to make it easier to search for and find the answer to the question of the email addresses for individual Four Seasons (FS) properties. which are not available at the www.fourseasons.com website.

I needed to send a document via email to an arriving guest who is without a computer or a cell phone. I can confirm what others have posted that the format is:

[email protected]
[email protected]

The XXX can be a three letter abbreviation or the full name of the city.

The concierge at the property graciously responded to my email and said they would print the attachment and it would be awaiting on arrival. Both XXX formats were in the message to me.

N.B. The more than a decade of accumulated information here on FlyerTalk is not going to be duplicated for a very long time, if ever!
