It's the "Operated by Qantas" on the statement which is the anomaly. On the MMB page it showed "Operated by Alaska Airlines".

It was that flight that lifted me to Silver, for which I was very grateful since it saved me $120 on subsequent baggage fees on AA just a few days later.
