First stay as Platinum was last week at Sheraton Park Lane in London. Was upgraded to a suite. Got a fruit platter and the usual note from the manager.

I requested a 4PM checkout and got this reply: "Sir, that is given already, you didn't have to ask but thanks for letting us know"
