They must have released some rooms for points then after I made my reservation. I had used 150K points and a q3fn certificate (and not sure what I was thinking, I should have gone with the am ex 145K perk but still got a great deal) and booked in June and the diamond desk had to put in a request for me, which got granted a few days later. I did book my room for 2 nights for this new years already just so I know I have it, but not sure if I want to go there or someplace else this year.
