The Fairmont Orchid Pre-pay and F&F were pretty close when I booked. I ended up using the pre-pay, as a third party website guaranteed me an upgrade.. Ended up after working with the hotel, I didn't have to necessarily pre-pay everything all up front, so that was good. But the F&F wasn't that great a deal for the Orchid this year, and Kea Lani was actually half decent. But, with an Ocean Front Suite at the Orchid, we decided to vacation 2 weeks (14 nights) at the Orchid, and pared it back to 5 nights at the Kea Lani.
