After my recent trip through Africa and a number of KQ flights I have to ask how KQ ever became a full ST member.... in short.. no clue in customer service, no elite preboarding, HOT waiting preboarding rooms in NBO, no access to preferred seating, no elite line to rebook when canceled NBO-LHR flight, a number of canceled flights, clueless FA's, vacuuming the plane while refueling (static electricity maybe?), dirty planes, small crowded lounge in NBO, KQ elite line check in agent in Madagascar who knew NO English when Kenya is an English speaking country and most travelers are...no need to go on...
Only good was earning miles on the trip.
I am ST Elite Plus and lived in Kenya previously too.
