Question British Airways Diners Club credit card (UK) - going chip & pin?

Am I alone in having a BA Diners Club credit card? I know it's not a very popular credit card...! But in recent weeks I've had it refused at several BP fuel stations as they dont want to take it as it isn't chip & pin. Prior to that I'd noticed quite a lot wanting to either take an imprint of the card when I was using it, or even write down my Drivers Licence number...(!)

Mind you, my card does expire in April, so maybe the new one which I get any day will come with a chip... Does anyone else have a BA Diners card in the UK, and does yours have chip & pin?

Now if only Diners Club could be used in the UK wherever you see a Mastercard logo (as you can in the US / Canada). That would be so useful...
