I would.

My one and only overseas Subway experience was in Vienna. Like many U.S. Subways, they had the fountain beverage dispensers out in the eating area so patrons could fill their own drink. Unlike many U.S. Subways, there was a small placard on the dispensers that read, in English:

NO FREE REFILLS
