Although I already knew the 12 month rule I have to say the "points never expire" advert is very misleading.
If I were the OP I would take a screen shot of that and use it to get your points back.
lets hope it works though chances appear slim knowing it A-club.. based on my experience with them they will say u should have read the T&C's blah blah IMO
but YMMV..
