I do have a ticket and ticket number (I saved the documents) and agree at the end I was fine J or not.

I do take time to email/write customer relations when I get great service as well as bad. I feel the good employees deserve to be recognized and the ones that are not delivering even average service should also be known to management. In fact, many airlines gave us easy ways to do it.

As a note: USAir called the following day, apologized that I was "caught" in the middle of something that should have been discussed without me involved. They said they would be setting a meeting with AC to ensure this does not happen to others. I do not feel, but could be wrong, that the AC agent thought that maybe a better solution.
