Help on Round the World Reward Ticket booking
Hi,
I am a frequence plus member and really want to be able to book three round the world reward tickets with air france frequence plus. Does anyone have any advice on how to get through their nightmare customer service experience? I have now sent two faxes (this is the only way you can contacted them in the 21st Century - no email, no telephone calls). I have had 3 responses - all from an email that I cannot email back, none of them helpful. I now just want to speak to someone who can help me book this - but apparently this is NOT ALLOWED.
So despite being "loyal" enough to earn enough miles to earn three round the world tickets, they don't want to talk to me!!!
Any advice most welcome!
