I'm fed up.. this is getting ridiculous.
now i have to cancel my bookins an re-book for the second time... and if starwood "smart" marketing team come up with another promotion with such "silly" clause, then I would have to cancel and re-book again.
I don't mind to work a bit more for the bonus but I just can't understand the point behind this!!!!!
Is it a way to test the functionality of the website?!!
