I am currently in 4th year at University and as such I have to complete a dissertation/thesis.

I have chosen to study people’s opinions of certain airlines, in particular, British Airways. There is also a focus on how the cabin crew industrial action may have contributed to a change of opinion towards BA.

I have a questionnaire that I am asking people to fill out which asks a variety of questions about your preferences and opinions with regards to air travel. You can answer as many or as few as you like and take as long or as little time as you want to do it. Obviously the more information you put in the more I can use in my research but I appreciate any help I can get just now!

The main point of this survey is to find out your opinions and perceptions and therefore you do not necessarily have to be a frequent flyer or have even flown before to answer most of the questions.

I know these things can be a pain but I really would appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to take part.
