Sorry for your disappointment, techgirl. The Heavenly Beds are on the way and renovations will bring the hotel closer to Westin standards, but sometimes it takes longer than expected.
Was told by some recent guests that the hotel is advising their guests of this and that the staff is really going out of their way service-wise, but I agree that an uncomfortable bed at a Westin seems very out of character.
