The simplest is a car service from hotel to airport - companies like justairports or simplyairports.

If you want the Tube option then the first Tube weekdays is at 5:36am from Waterloo to Green Park where you change to the Piccadilly Line arriving Heathrow at 6:45am

BUT the simplest overall would have been to book a later flight - it's virtually a shuttle service between Heathrow/Gatwick & Dublin
