Hi baobob, yes, Old First may be more useful for you with 2. I was also told that NF has another issue with the cot position. The cot sits on some kind of shelf (CC showed me a picture of it in the manual) which apparently blocks the TV screen, so you can't watch any films there either. I think BA are giving a definite hint about babies in First

(I hear cheers going up around FT).
I have been in First, where we have been there with our two and there was another infant (about 18 months). As you say though a comfortable baby is a happy baby for sure. All were quiet and it was failry empty, so all the kids ended up playing together in an empty seat area.
2 other quick things. We found that a portable DVD player was a HUGE help . And, for the stroller - really really needs to be the cabin crew decision, not the ground staff. Ground staff, in my experience, will almost always say no - and cabin crew have always been perfectly happy as they know their loads and space available. Even with a Bugaboo stroller (not small), they let us on with it (again Long haul only - am sure it wouldn't make it on a short haul).
Bingbongboy - didn't know about the strollers for loan in T5 - is it something that needs to be reserved? Or first come first served - great to know though, thanks ^
