Now longhaul CW is definitely not a good place for passengers with two infant because the bassinet seats are so far apart - 14E, 20E, 64A on the 747 and 15AEK on the 777.

So assuming that F has two bassinet seats close together it is really the only place for the premium traveller with infant twins.
