Earning UA mileage in NZ economy
I'm a bit unclear on this, could someone clarify to the best of their knowledge:

What economy fares on NZ earn mileage on other airlines (specifically UA)?

From the website, it appears that Global Saver Max fares don't.

And, how does one book a fare that will earn mileage on other airlines when all that is offered on the website are fares that don't earn mileage?
