from my experiences america vehicles are more likely to have a limiter then others.. especially GM...i'm sure the camaro limited to 112 was a base V6 b/c the speed is the limit for S rated tires...its cheaper for to limit speed and place cheaper tires..euro and asian brands are more likely to run H rated tires on a model line across the board


ex..chevy camaro base v6 s-rated tire top speed 112
upgrade to RS model or a sport package..you'll get a different tire package and speed goes up

hyundai gen coupe it could be the base v6 or top of the line..they all run Z rated tires good for 150 mph
