Can you imagine it.

Pax - "Excuse me, I just wanted to let you know that my foot stool is broken"


Crew - "Oh sorry, it must have been a previous passenger. Nothing I can do about it. I also can't move you as the flight is full"

The pax is then left very angry having paid a premium to fly Club. What great customer service that is and it would really make you want to book again.

If the footstool was designed properly in the 1st place then this thread would not have been created
