also the food on VS is now way better. The best airline I've been on recently was Kingfisher.
BA are very arrogant at times and think they are way way better than they actually are. I have had some good flights on BA but unfortunately this was a long time ago.
Each to their own.
There's far more to being crew than being good looking.
Frankly I'd far rather they were ugly but knew how to look after passengers, than busy applying their make up all the time!
My last experience of VS was appalling and I swore I'd never fly them again, and haven't. Their crew were very arrogant and full of their own self importance when I last flew them.
We actually see lots of their crew at LGW when they connect to MAN, GLA and the like. Many are lovely but an equal number don't even give you the time of day.
So your thoughts about BA are exactly what I feel about VS. So perhaps, on balance, VS is the better airline for you in future.
