What about Passengers who cannot read English. Don't tell me. The message is embroidered in 10 different languages?
Do you know that is precisely what I think when I think about the VS
seat suite, I really feel for the people who have so little recline in a premium cabin. When I tried it at the BTMS I asked why the recline wasn't working and they told me the seat was reclined as far as it would go. In this day and age is it really acceptable to have passengers feet sticking out into the aisle to be bashed by all and sundry on their way to the galley/bathroom. Really can't understand why people think that this is a good seat.
