I'd go for the Marriot because it is quite close to the airport and on Juhu Beach. The IC is just a nice looking airport hotel (and I'm sure it is nice) with not a lot to do nearby. Five Star hotels in India tend to be pretty good so I don't think you can go wrong with either.
