While the other posters probably have more experience with RCC than I do, just last year I was flying in paid J on AC ticket stock via SFO. I was told firmly that I needed to provide a *G card because "this is not a first class lounge". In other words, first-class tickets meant SH** in that lounge. Unless there is some rule I was afoul of that I don't know about (flight segment from SFO was domestic).
